By booking a session, participating in Picture Day, or purchasing photographs or products from Connie Fisher Photography Inc, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Ordering & Payment
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless otherwise stated.
Orders are processed after payment has been received.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be added where required.
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, orders already placed will be honored at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
2. Digital Images
Purchased digital images include a limited personal-use license only.
Copyright remains the exclusive property of Connie Fisher Photography Inc.
Digital images may be printed and shared for personal use but may not be sold, licensed, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Digital files may not be submitted to contests, publications, or businesses without prior written consent.
3. Copyright
All photographs are protected by United States Copyright Law. Connie Fisher Photography Inc. retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights regardless of purchase.
4. Image Editing
Each image is professionally edited according to Connie Fisher Photography’s artistic style. Additional retouching requests may incur an additional fee.
5. Color & Print Quality
Connie Fisher Photography Inc. cannot guarantee the color accuracy or print quality of products printed by third-party labs. Professional-quality printing through our online gallery is recommended.
6. School & Preschool Photography
Schools determine Picture Day schedules and student participation.
Connie Fisher Photography Inc. is not responsible if a student is absent, unwilling to participate, or arrives unprepared for photographs.
Picture retakes are not offered.
Minor facial scratches, bruises, or temporary blemishes are generally not retouched unless specifically requested.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If an order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, Connie Fisher Photography Inc. will replace the affected product at no charge. Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping times are estimates only. Connie Fisher Photography Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
10. Image Storage
Connie Fisher Photography Inc. makes reasonable efforts to archive images after Picture Day or portrait sessions. However, long-term archival storage is not guaranteed. Customers are encouraged to download and back up purchased digital images promptly.
11. Limitation of Liability
If Connie Fisher Photography Inc. is unable to deliver images due to equipment failure, loss of files, illness, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer.
12. Privacy
Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and communication related to photography services. Personal information will never be sold to third parties.
13. Gallery Availability
Online galleries are available for a limited time. Gallery expiration dates will be communicated at the time of ordering. Reopening an expired gallery may be subject to an archival or administrative fee.
14. Use of Images
Connie Fisher Photography Inc. may use photographs for studio portfolios, social media, marketing materials, competitions, educational purposes, and the company website unless a parent or customer submits a written request to opt out before the photography session.
15. Acceptance
By scheduling photography services, allowing a child to be photographed, downloading digital images, or placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
