Legends Photography Privacy Statement
At Legends Photography, the privacy and safety of the children and families we photograph are extremely important to us. We are committed to handling all photographs and personal information with care and respect.
Photographs taken by Legends Photography are used primarily for the purpose of creating and fulfilling individual portrait orders for families. Images are stored in secure, password-protected online galleries and are made available only to the families and organizations associated with each photography session.
We do not sell, rent, or share children’s photographs or personal information with outside companies for marketing purposes.
Image Use & Marketing
From time to time, Legends Photography may wish to feature select photographs in our website, social media, printed materials, sample products, or other Little Legends promotional materials. We will honor all school, childcare center, and parent/guardian policies regarding the use of children’s images.
When specific permission is required, a child’s photograph will not be used for public marketing or promotional purposes without the appropriate authorization.
Protecting Children’s Information
We collect only the information necessary to photograph children, properly identify their images, provide families with access to their galleries, process orders, and provide customer service. We take reasonable measures to protect this information and do not publicly associate children’s photographs with sensitive personal information.
Online Galleries
Online galleries are intended for the private viewing and purchasing of photographs by authorized families. Gallery access information should not be shared publicly.
We collect mobile phone numbers only when users voluntarily provide them and explicitly consent to receive SMS notifications from Legends Photography.
Mobile numbers are used solely to send marketing notifications (such as opportunities to purchase photos, receive possible shipping deals, or claim special discounts), only if consented to by the user.
We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our services and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality.
Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.
